The building is independent and quiet, dedicated exclusively to the two B&B apartments. For this reason, the property suits all types of stay: both for those who want to visit Como, Milan, Varese and the Swiss area while staying in a more private setting than the city center, and for those who want to attend fairs in nearby hubs, sports events, follow work commitments or enjoy a sports stay and prefer an elegant and peaceful base, comfortable to live in and simple to enjoy.

B&B HOUSE RULES

Useful information for your stay.

Your stay includes a weekly change of towels and bed linen, helping to keep the accommodation fresh, tidy and comfortable during longer stays.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Keys can be collected from the Club A-Rete reception desk. For arrivals outside reception hours, a secure keypad-protected key box is available. Guests can also use the Club’s eight electric vehicle charging points.
